Students must be between the ages of 13 to 19 by the registration deadline. Students that are younger or older may be approved by calling Sara at 604 612 8284 to discuss suitability.
Students are required to arrange their own transportation. For summer camps students should bring snacks and lunch.
Students do not have to audition. They do not need to have any vocal training. “Shower singers” are welcome!. Glee is for all levels and all levels. All singers will have opportunities to develop their skills and shine on stage. Just bring your singing voice and a willingness to work hard and have fun.
Solo opportunities are available for every participant, however, performing a solo is not required.
Students do not have to be able-bodied to participate in this camp. Adjustments will be made in the choreography to suit all abilities.
Proper attire is required for rehearsal: Wear clothing that is comfortable for movement and dance.
Each camp, depending on location, will be limited to 12 to 16 students and your child must be registered to hold a spot.
Each rehearsal is part of a cumulative curriculum, preparing for a final showcase. Attendance is mandatory to ensure full participation in the showcase.
Students will be well supervised, but we will not be responsible for students not attending classes. Please inform us if your child is unable to attend a rehearsal. We will also not be responsible for injury or lost or damaged personal items.
Appropriate conduct is expected at all times. We are very patient and treat all students with kindness and understanding. However, the following could be grounds for dismissal, without refund, from the camp: use of foul language, any kind of harassment; (including physical, sexual, verbal, emotional, etc.), destruction of property, fighting, stealing, hitting or abuse of any kind, discrimination of any kind and/or any other inappropriate or unacceptable conduct.
